They provide materials printed for all type of existing tea bag machinery in the market: IMA, HST, MAISA, TECNOMECANICA, FUSO etc., from minimum orders (100,000 units), to large volumes (more than 100 million).

They print all type of flexible materials: folding, cellulose, polypropylene, foils, cellophane, aluminium, etc., in the processes of: Rotogravure and Offset.

The technology of their equipment, allows them to offer a highly specialised service, of great quality and fast.

Todoprint, S.L. is a Family run company founded in 1985 and located in Bocairent (Valencia), Spain. Since then, they are providing material flexible for the packing. From 1991, Todoprint, S.L. develops its specialisation in the sector of the packaging of the tea, producing tea tags and tea labels.

In 2001 Todoprint, S.L. created the branch Todopack Export, company that has specialised in the packing for the industrial bakery, producing capsules of paper for lines of baking magdaleines, muffins, cookies, etc. They have a policy of continuous investment, that has allowed them to Re-invest into to latest technology, to be able to offer the best quality and to reach to all type of customers, from small clients to very large customers.

Their philosophy has been to have “inhouse” all the processes of work, to be able to offer the best quality and the best service, with the internal control of all the process: the design, the engraving, the impression and distribution.

This gives them great flexibility to adapt themselves to the necessities of each customer, since each job is completely personalised for each customer. It also allows them to reduce the lead times of the deliveries, and to react rapidly to the necessities of their customers.

Their facilities are located in a plant of 8,000 m2. In 2003 they inaugurated their new production building of 3,000 m2 and new offices building of 800 m2.

Their products are sold to the national market as well as to the international market.

The Design Department consists of 3 Macintosh which they can work with any design program : Freehand, Illustrator, Photo-shop, Art pro, etc.

The Engraving Department consists of an automatic line of galvanisation, polishing, and electronic recording of cylinders.

The work process begins in the Department of Design, with the pre-impression, where from the digital material or from the customer´s sketch, the designs are prepared to be able to be recorded according to what system of impression they are going to be produced in.

If the impression process is Rotogravure: The design will be made and engraved electronically in cylinders, before that they have been treated and prepared chemically by the galvanisation department.

If the impression process is Offset: The design will be made and engraved in plates by CPT system.

After the engraving process, the printing machines print the coils.

The printed coils are punched , diecut and rewinded, in the formats corresponding to each product, producing new smaller coils, those which the customer will receive as the final item.

Once the orders are produced, they are prepared with the appropriate packaging such that they do not suffer damages during the transport and delivery to the customer.

They carry out the distribution of their goods in Spain with their own fleet of trucks. For the International markets they work with specialised international shipping companies.

They keep an stock of raw materials in their warehouse. Addtionally they carry out with a planning with their suppliers, that allows us to react quickly to any order.

Due to the importance, respect and commitment with the food sector, for which the final items are destined at (tea), They rigorously fulfil the required the Sanitary and of Environmental Directories in all the raw materials that they use, as much in inks, as in the substrates of raw material (the papers and films), as well as in the provision of energies and also with the clearance of wasted materials.

All the raw materials that take part in the production process come guaranteed by corresponding Certificates of Quality, as well as the norms of not-contamination of the Environment and Sanity Registers.

All their process of production is computerised, with rigorous quality control, to offer a final item of high quality.

Their work, aside from providing a service of quality and ability, is a work of COLLABORATION with their customers and suppliers, and the machinery manufacturers of their customers.
